Amazon's Speed team is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to drive partnership efforts and accelerate growth for our newly launched 1-hour and 3-hour delivery services. Speed is a cornerstone of Amazon's growth strategy, and this role is crucial in shaping the future of our ultra-fast delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

• Assess and own key business metrics to drive volume share growth for 1-hour and 3-hour delivery services
• Develop and execute strategies to increase customer adoption of fast-speed delivery options
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Amazon Payments and Amazon Prime to unlock growth opportunities
• Drive expansion of grocery delivery through fast-speed services
  
  

Partnership Management

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships across Amazon's ecosystem to expand Speed service reach
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Speed delivery into customer purchase journeys
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that accelerate service adoption
  
  

Performance Analytics

• Monitor and analyze volume share metrics, penetration rates, and customer adoption trends
• Translate data insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable business impact
• Establish success metrics and reporting frameworks to track progress against growth targets
  
  

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work closely with operations, marketing, and technology teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Influence stakeholders across multiple organizations to align on Speed service priorities
• Drive consensus on product roadmap decisions that balance customer needs with business objectives
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 5 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
