PMR clinics offer expanded scope primary-care, comprehensive occupational care (injury treatment and testing), diagnostic testing, medication dispensation, and even specialty care services. Every clinic is uniquely designed to meet a specific client’s needs.

 

PMR Healthcare is seeking a “dynamic and passionate”, hunter-type salesperson/consultant to join our team. You must have at least 3-5 year’s experience selling to C-Suite members. You must be a self-starter, open to new ideas and opportunities and be able to close business.



This position will play an integral part in helping employers and in growing our business at PMR. The Outside Sales Consultant will expand the Southern territory and develop strong and lasting client relationships. This dynamic role requires a blend of sales expertise, relationship-building skills, and healthcare industry/insurance knowledge. 

 

Please note: This is a remote position that requires traveling 60-75% of the time.  Also, this position requires that you are self-directed, capable, and willing to generate leads, meet with prospects/clients, and close business.

You are Responsible for the following:

  • Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships.
  • Manage your Mid-West territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Establish clear communication with clients’ key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, brokers, and third-party payers.
  • Use PMR’s provided CRM and other software system(s) to track, manage, and nurture leads and customer interactions. Ensure accurate reporting of sales activity, pipeline status, and lead conversion.
  • Be accountable to PMR’s sales leadership in accurately reporting all sales activity, pipeline status, and lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal PMR operations and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals.

 

Requirements:

  • You must have 3-5 years of proven experience and success with B2B sales: generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals - and/or
  • You must have 3-5 years of successful sales experience in health insurance, employer-based clinics, and/or the broader healthcare industry.
  • You must have expertise in presenting and communicating to diverse groups of people from various industries.
  • You are required to demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • You must be self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience working with distribution channels such as broker consultants, carriers, captives, and third-party payers AND/OR familiarity with self-funded employers and their medical or workers' compensation programs is additionally preferred but not required.
