We’re looking for a driven, hunter-minded Outside Sales Consultant who’s passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and helping companies improve access to quality healthcare.
💼What You’ll Do
- Identify and close new business opportunities across your assigned territory
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives and brokers
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed goals
- Use PMR’s CRM to track leads, manage your pipeline, and report activity accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client results
- Travel frequently (60–75%) to meet clients, attend events, and grow business

✅ What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally selling to C-suite executives
- Experience in healthcare, employer-based clinics, insurance, or related industries preferred
- Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience working with brokers, carriers, captives, or TPAs is a plus
