PMR Companies, a premier Multi -Family Property Management Company, is seeking a Leasing Associate for The Bend Apartments in Clarksville, IN.
**Must be able to work Saturdays - schedule will be 4 days per week including Saturday**
Leasing Associate - Job Description
Position is primary responsibility for leasing apartment units, providing customer service and handling resident service issues. Leasing includes, but is not limited to, responding to telephone inquiries, scheduling appointments, greeting prospects, completing prospect information cards, showing apartments and amenity areas, closing the sale and completing all required lease paperwork.
Leasing Associate - Job Requirements
Previous Leasing experience / strong Customer Service background is preferred.
Chosen candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment reference check, background check and drug screen.
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and Valid Driver’s License is required.
Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
