What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Representative position at PMQ Field Services LLC?
We are hiring a Field Representative to perform occupancy inspections and insurance surveys. No experience is necessary. Training is provided.
The responsibilities of completing occupancy inspections are to locate a property, take pictures and complete a form reporting the information at the property through an app. The main objective is to determine if a property is vacant or occupied and to report on the general condition of the property.
The responsibilities of completing insurance surveys are to take pictures and exterior measurements of a home on behalf of insurance companies and to submit your report through an app. The main objective is to determine if there are any hazards present and to report them to the insurance company.
Company cars are provided, cell phones are provided and all other supplies/materials needed to complete the job will be provided. You must be able to pass a background check. Most importantly you must have great communications skills.
Starting pay is $20/hour. Eligible for a raise after 3 months.
