Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervision and Leadership:

2. Scheduling and Work Assignments:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning tasks meet established standards.
- Address any issues or deficiencies promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
4. Inventory Management:
- Manage and order cleaning supplies as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary cleaning materials.
- Maintain a cost-effective approach to inventory management.
5. Health and Safety Compliance:
- Enforce safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
- Train staff on proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Investigate and report any accidents or incidents promptly.
6. Communication:
- Liaise with facility management and other relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with cleaning staff to relay expectations and updates.
- Address and resolve any concerns or conflicts within the team.
7. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, schedules, and inventory.
- Prepare reports on team performance and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a cleaning or
facilities management context.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 to 50 pounds
