About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading provider of full-service storm restoration and insurance repair services, is seeking highly motivated Outside Sales Representatives to drive market penetration and revenue growth throughout multiple Midwest markets.

This is a unique opportunity to build a rewarding career with an established organization that provides homeowners with expert guidance through the insurance restoration process following storm damage. Representatives work from proprietary storm tracking and insurance coverage data to identify homeowners who are highly likely to have covered storm-related damage.

This is a full-time W2 position offering two compensation plan options, excellent earning potential, comprehensive benefits, and a company truck program.

This is a high-activity, field-based sales position requiring a disciplined schedule.

  • Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Saturday: Morning hours

  • Sunday: Off

Responsibilities

As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll serve as the face of the organization within your assigned territory. Your success comes from maintaining consistent activity, educating homeowners, and guiding them through the insurance restoration process from inspection through project completion.


Territory Management & Lead Generation

Manage an assigned territory consisting of approximately 250–500 pre-qualified homes each week using proprietary storm tracking and insurance data. Execute a disciplined daily activity plan designed to maximize homeowner engagement and sales opportunities.


Property Inspections & Consultative Sales

Meet directly with homeowners to inspect properties for storm-related damage, primarily roofing and exterior damage. Educate customers on the insurance claims process, answer questions, and provide expert guidance throughout the restoration journey.


Contract Acquisition & Customer Experience

Secure signed restoration agreements while coordinating closely with internal production, operations, and claims teams to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from initial inspection through project completion.

Experience
  • No prior roofing or restoration experience required

  • No college degree required

  • Comprehensive paid training provided

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license

  • Ability to travel daily throughout assigned territory

  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Ability to pass a drug screen

Benefits Compensation Options

Option 1 – 100% Commission

  • Unlimited earning potential

  • Monthly bonus opportunities

  • Ideal for experienced sales professionals looking to maximize income


Option 2 – Base Salary Commission

  • $52,000 annual base salary ($1,000 per week)

  • 50% commission

  • No monthly bonus

  • Popular option for representatives building their territory and customer base

Representatives may remain on the Base Commission plan indefinitely or transition to the 100% Commission plan at any time if they choose.
