The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and ensure smooth daily operations both in and out of the home office.

Key Responsibilities
Personal Support (Lifestyle):
- Run local errands and manage personal shopping or gift purchases.
- Coordinate personal appointments, household management, and vendor communications.
- Daily errands
- Assist with planning and executing occasional private or corporate events.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all personal and business matters.
- Special projects
Executive Support (Business):
- Manage and maintain executive calendar, scheduling meetings.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper, screening emails, calls, and visitors.
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Prepare and process expense reports and basic financial tracking.
- Draft and proofread professional correspondence, memos, and meeting agendas.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role. Entry level is okay.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern communication platforms.
- Organization: Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
- Discretion: Highest level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility: A "no task is too big or too small" mentality and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Requirements: Valid Texas Driver’s License and a reliable personal vehicle. Must be flexible with occasional evening or weekend availability when needed.
- Additonal: Must love dogs.
