The Opportunity
We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our team as Parking Lot Sweeper Drivers. No prior experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know through complete, hands-on training! We currently have open spots on both our AM and PM shifts.
What You’ll Do
- Drive & Operate: Safely operate sweeper trucks along designated routes and commercial parking lots.
- Detail Cleanup: Walk using a backpack blower to clean sidewalk corners, curbs, and tight spaces (up to 35% of your shift).
- Site Maintenance: Light groundskeeping, including occasionally changing trash liners.
- Work Independently: Execute your daily route efficiently with strong attention to safety and detail.
Requirements
- Age: Must be at least 22 years old (for insurance requirements).
- Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 citations on your record in the last 3 years.
- Screening: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana).
- Physical Ability: Comfortable walking and operating a backpack blower up to 35% of your shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, safety-oriented, and able to work independently.
