We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist who takes pride in delivering exceptional results and wants to be part of a growing, professional property management company.

What You'll Do

As a Cleaning Specialist, you'll help prepare homes and common areas to PMI Milestone's quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform move-out and move-in cleaning for residential properties
• Clean vacant homes to rent-ready standards
• Clean common areas of apartment and multi-family buildings
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all required areas
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, windows, baseboards, and fixtures
• Remove trash and debris from properties
• Report maintenance issues observed during cleaning
• Ensure each property is ready for resident occupancy
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Document completed work and communicate with the team regarding job completion

Qualifications

• Residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to pass a background check

Schedule

• Part-time opportunities available

• Surrounding service areas. Travel between properties is required.
