Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for residents across the three-state portfolio, ensuring high satisfaction and timely resolution of questions or concerns.
- Oversee centralized communication channels, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing resident portal inquiries.
- Supervise, train, and guide a small team of resident support specialists to ensure consistent quality standards and phone/digital coverage across all locations.
- Clear, empathetic, and professional phone and written communication skills; With the strong ability to de-escalate challenging phone interactions with composure and diplomacy.
- Collect and process rent checks, maintain accurate resident payment ledgers across properties, and manage follow-ups on delinquent accounts.
- Prepare necessary legal documentation and represent the company during housing court appearances, evictions, and mediation hearings within the region.
- Education: High school diploma required
- Minimum 1 year of experience supervising, leading, or coordinating a team.
- 6 Months -1 year in residential property management, centralized resident services, or multi-site customer support preferred but not required
- Direct experience or familiarity with housing court proceedings, eviction filings, and local/state tenant regulations is a plus but not required
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
