he Property Manager will oversee a residential portfolio throughout Northwest Arkansas. This role requires strong organization, local market knowledge, and the ability to manage maintenance, tenant relations, and owner communication in a fast-moving rental market.
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of single-family and small multifamily homes
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and improvements to the property to ensure it remains in optimal condition.
• Manage relationships with maintenance vendors and contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and cost efficiency.
• Conduct property inspections (move-in, move-out, and periodic inspections)
• Oversee tenant communication, lease enforcement, and conflict resolution
• Oversee rent collection and delinquency processes
• Maintain accurate records using property management software
• Ensure compliance with Arkansas landlord-tenant laws
Qualification
• Property management experience preferred
• Experience with property management software preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills and people skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
• Must be able to travel within the local area Northwest Arkansas
• Real Estate License preferred
