- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or resort industry is preferred
