We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to be the growth engine of our rapidly expanding property management company. This is a high energy, relationship driven sales role where your success is directly tied to your activity and drive.
You will be the face of our brand in the local market, building relationships with investors, Realtors, and property owners while consistently generating new business.

What You Will Do
Lead Generation & Networking
• Attend local networking events, investor meetups, and Realtor offices
• Build referral relationships with agents, investors, and local partners
• Become a recognized presence in the Sacramento market
Prospecting & Outreach
• Call landlords and investors daily
• Follow up on inbound leads quickly
• Reach out to “for rent by owner” listings and potential clients
• Use phone, email, text, and social media to generate opportunities
Sales & Closing
• Conduct discovery calls and in person meetings
• Perform property walk throughs
• Present our management services and value
• Handle objections and secure signed agreements
Pipeline Management
• Track all activity in our CRM system
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and opportunities
• Follow up relentlessly to convert prospects into clients
Performance Expectations
• Generate consistent new business through daily activity
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
• Target: 8 new management contracts per month
• Attend weekly networking events and meetings
Who You Are

• Self disciplined and able to manage your own schedule
• Comfortable handling rejection and staying persistent
• Strong communicator with a professional presence
Requirements
• Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one)
• Reliable transportation for meetings and property visits
• Experience in sales, real estate, or customer facing roles preferred
• Comfortable using CRM systems and technology
