Every other weekend off 12-hr shifts 8a-8p

- Verifies identity of resident receiving medication and records name of drug, dosage and time of administration on specified forms or records.
- Presents medication to resident and observes ingestion or other application or administers medication using specified procedures.
- Takes vital signs or observes residents to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reactions.
- Takes and records temperatures, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates and food and fluid intake and output as directed.
- Answers signal lights, bells or intercom system to determine resident needs.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Must have a current, valid Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Must have current Texas Medication Aide certification in good standing
