What are the responsibilities and job description for the MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR position at PMG OPCO - ALPINE LLC?
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate maintenance program and services, grounds maintenance and upkeep. Direct or perform duties concerned with electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, mechanical, heating, cooling, and water systems. Monitor and supervises all service contracts or other outside contract work. Directs or performs duties concerned with maintenance of grounds, parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, security etc. Directs or performs duties related to transportation, including maintenance of vehicles, and other campus equipment.
OTHER DUTIES:
- Know and participate in the facility emergency preparedness plan
- Performs other duties as assigned.
WORK SCHEDULE: As assigned; including some weekends, holidays and evening. On Call 24 Hours. Non-Exempt Position
