| Programs and maintains the CMM equipment as needed. | |||||||
| Develops training materials and facitliates training courses for plant personnel with specific focus on SPC data collection, Abnormal condition recognition, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. | |||||||
| Develops materials in compliance of TS16949, ISO14001, or other regulatory or customer driven requirements. | |||||||
| Prepares presentation materials for PMG management or other outside audiences. | |||||||
| Leads teams that are focused on root cause analysis, continual improvement activities, and new product development; as well as employee training and development. | |||||||
| Actively interacts with customers and other external parties regarding matters relating to pertinent quality or compliance systems. | |||||||
| Reports quality system performance to management for review as a basis for improvement of internal systems. | |||||||
| Visits customers, vendors or job shop sites for quality issues, performance analysis, and/or quality system compliance. | |||||||
| Leads fast response meetings for tracking internal and external quality concerns and scrap reduction projects | |||||||
| Works in a safe manner and follows all plant safety policies; and instills safe practices while training other personnel by stressing the hazards associated with operation of specific pieces of equipment. | |||||||
| Works as an active member of various teams | |||||||
| Leads through example with respect to professionalism and leadership in the execution and support of company policies and directives. | |||||||
