The Production Specialist serves as the operational hub of our plant-translating production activity into actionable data, coordinating documentation across teams, and ensuring materials, inventory, and delivery records are accurate and complete. This is a role for someone who wants to be at the center of the action: part production, part logistics, part systems oversight. Your work directly impacts plant efficiency, customer delivery, and the accuracy of everything that leaves our doors.
You'll support load scheduling, verify raw material usage, prepare and reconcile production documentation, and maintain real-time records across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented yet adaptable, confident with spreadsheets and ERP systems, and able to communicate clearly across production, warehouse, and leadership teams. What You'll Bring
