Your day-to-day work will include batching and mixing raw materials, transferring products, loading and unloading materials, and supporting warehouse and plant operations. You'll operate equipment, follow detailed batch instructions, monitor product consistency, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable being active throughout the day and takes ownership of their work.
You'll also play an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting shipping and receiving, and keeping the facility clean, organized, and inspection-ready. At PMG, quality matters. Every batch, every transfer, and every shipment has an impact on the customer, so attention to detail is critical. We're looking for candidates with at least two years of production experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a team-first mindset. Forklift certification is a plus, but not required. Mechanical aptitude, dependability, and a commitment to safety will set you apart.
