What you’ll do:
- Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
- Accurately submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
- Prepares all deal packages with complete and proper documentation to lenders and/or follows any other departmental process
- Work closely with management to assist in providing accurate information for reporting purpose, and to develop action plans to analyze and correct performance as required
- Monitor and assist in meeting sales and profitability goal on a weekly and monthly basis
- Prior to delivery, verifies all aspects of the Sales Department's deal structure, such as, but not limited to, rate, trade in, deposits, and term, ensures that Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is accurate, carefully and consistently reviews Client's credit profile to ensure our ability to secure a lending source at or below the rate being offered to the Client
- Before forwarding to management, carefully and consistently checks all paperwork for correct information such as, but not limited to, title, lien information, and taxes
- Verifies payoff information on all trade-ins, verifies proper insurance coverage on all deals
- Excellent communication and internet skills and be able to maintain and build relationships with current and future lenders
