Duties
- Supervise children or students and promote safety and positive interactions.
- Implement behavior management strategies to encourage respectful conduct and resolve conflicts promptly and effectively.
- Maintain clear communication with students, parents, teachers
- Monitor the environment for safety hazards or issues, taking immediate action when necessary.
- Provide basic first aid when needed, following established health protocols to address minor injuries or health concerns.
- Support children with special education needs by implementing individualized plans under supervision.
- Document incidents or behavioral issues accurately and report them to appropriate personnel.
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages learning, respect, and cooperation among all participants.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, colleagues, parents, and supervisors.
- Experience working with children or students in educational or childcare settings.
