What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at PME?
Established and growing family-owned business looking for people to grow with them. We are a property maintenance company that provides general maintenance repairs for commercial shopping centers. We are looking for an experienced Supervisor with a strong maintenance background. Seeking a candidate who can identify needed maintenance repairs, recommend solutions, and provide labor and material estimates. The position requires scheduling work orders, supervising maintenance techs, doing estimates, and speaking English and Spanish preferred. Experience with repairing concrete, stucco, asphalt, light plumbing, or electrical is preferred. Candidate must have a valid Florida driver’s license and be able to use smart phone, laptop, and work order system. We provide the cell phone, laptop, and company vehicle. Starting pay rate is based on qualifications and experience. We are a drug free workplace.
Requirements:
- Valid Florida driver's license and safe driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
