Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This position is essential for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests during their stay. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of hotel operations, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently during the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Must have flexible availability to cover various shifts
- Manage guest reservations and inquiries through phone systems, email, and in-person interactions.
- Perform nightly audits of hotel operations, including reviewing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy.
- Handle guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Process guest check-outs and manage billing procedures accurately.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Strong phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries professionally.
- A background in resort or hotel operations will be beneficial for understanding guest needs.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
