Salary: $130K–$145K 10% Target Bonus

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the maintenance team; manage schedules, training, and performance.
- Ensure equipment and facilities operate safely and within specifications.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Serve as escalation point for emergency maintenance needs.
- Partner with engineering and leadership on equipment improvements and capital planning.
- Manage spare parts, maintenance supplies, and cost-control initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and keep leadership informed on equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety programs, and company policies (including union rules if applicable).
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma required; technical degree preferred.
- 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing (food/bev or aseptic preferred).
- 3 years supervising maintenance teams.
- CMMS experience required; strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of aseptic, ESL, or high-temperature processing is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, preventive maintenance, and reliability practices.
- Effective communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to lead teams through change and drive continuous improvement.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
