Machinery Technician

PMCO is hiring Machinery Technicians in the heavy equipment industry in Breinigsville, PA!

Salary: $23.00–$43.00/hr DOE

Shift: Full-Time

Location: On-site – Breinigsville, PA

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repair and maintenance on heavy equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Remove, install, disassemble, and assemble components with minimal supervision
• Adhere to safety standards, including contamination control and HAZMAT regulations
• Verify findings and compare diagnostic readings to manufacturer specifications
• Complete required documentation and secure all equipment at the end of shift
• Stay current with new technologies and adapt to updated procedures

Education & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with construction or heavy equipment preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Experience with Caterpillar or similar equipment preferred
• Ability to multitask and assist with researching/ordering parts
• Computer proficiency; knowledge of SIS Web and ET diagnostic software a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Safety-minded and dependable, with the ability to work independently
