PMCO is hiring a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician in Franklin, MA!
Pay: $29.00–$31.00/hour $1.50/hour shift differential
Shift: 2nd Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (rotating schedule)
Location: On-site – Franklin, MA

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using proper tools and testing equipment
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications
- Support operators with basic troubleshooting to reduce downtime
- Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and repairs accurately
- Communicate effectively with leadership and other departments on equipment status
- Follow all company safety and maintenance procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; trade or technical training preferred
- 2–4 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with PLCs, HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding/fabrication, or refrigeration systems preferred
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic meters safely
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and maintenance systems)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
Preferred Skills
- Technical certification in electrical or mechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
- Organized, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
