Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Wealth Management Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support financial advisors in delivering exceptional client service, managing administrative tasks, supporting marketing efforts, event coordination, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist financial advisors in preparing financial plans, reports, and client presentations.
· Manage client communications, respond to inquiries, and provide ongoing support.
· Process and maintain client account documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
· Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
· Monitor account activities, process transactions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Maintain and update client records in CRM systems.
· Support marketing and business development initiatives, including client events and outreach.
· Stay informed about industry trends, products, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
· 2 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related field preferred.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
· Client-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
· Background check and finger printing will be required prior to hiring.
