Role Summary:

We are looking for a versatile, creative, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this remote role, you will be the driving force behind our day-to-day marketing activities, combining your design, writing, and digital skills to elevate our brand presence. While this is a remote position, we are exclusively looking for candidates located in Chattanooga, TN, to easily facilitate [occasional local meetings/team building/community events].

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Social Media: Write, edit, and publish engaging content across all our social media platforms. Monitor social channels and engage with our audience.
• Basic Graphic Design: Use Canva to design eye-catching, on-brand graphics for social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• SEO Optimization: Apply basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to digital content to improve our online visibility and search rankings.
• Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties as needed to support marketing campaigns, keep projects on track, and ensure the team runs smoothly.
• Campaign Assistance: Help coordinate marketing initiatives, track basic analytics, and brainstorm new ideas to grow our audience.

Qualifications:

• Location: Must currently reside in or around Chattanooga, TN.
• Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva with a good eye for basic design, layout, and brand consistency.
• Writing Skills: Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different social media platforms.
• SEO Knowledge: A foundational understanding of basic SEO principles and best practices.
• Organization: Excellent time-management skills and a willingness to tackle administrative tasks with a positive attitude.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
