ZENITH GLOBAL, LLCTITLE: SR Accountant (Exempt) | DATE: 12-23-25 DEPARTMENT: AccountingREPORTS TO: President (solid), General Manager (dotted)SUPERVISES: AP/AR Clerk, Administrative Assistant(s) Description: As a Senior Accountant, your responsibilities will include, financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis, reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Lead cash flow month end closing reporting.Inventory control including work orders.Monitor purchasing daily reporting to management such as sales/purchases.Evaluate and create intercompany invoices.Generate internal financial reports.Perform necessary journal entries and adjustments.Help prepare yearly budgets.Review account balances and perform accounts reconciliation.Evaluate A/R and A/P and manage collections and expenses.Maintain accurate and timely financial records including posting of invoices and accruals.Prepare sales and purchases analysis required for business and insurance renewal.Provide audit support including creating and reviewing audit documentation.Perform sales and use tax filing in a timely manner.Provide quarterly and yearly sales schedules as well as other schedules required by the tax department.Maintain accurate Fixed Asset records.Provide support in electronic filing of yearly Manufacturing, R&D, and business required surveys.Review inventory records and evaluate necessary adjustment needed.Lead manufacturing and cost accounting.Perform monthly bank reconciliation. JOB REQUIREMENTS:Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent5 years of accounting experience Proficient in Excel, Word, & PowerPoint and technologically savvyMust have experience with Sage 100 and above.Excellent people skills with personal qualities of integrity and credibilityDetail-oriented goal driven critical thinkerDemonstrated interest in being part of an entrepreneurial culture and are highly effective in working with limited supervisionExperience should include legal, audit, and complianceAbility to interpret, communicate and present financial information in a clear and concise mannerWork Authorization in United StatesManufacturing and inventory management experienceSolid background knowledge in Procurement, GMP, BRC, HACCP, and plant operations; A CPA license is preferred but not required.This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.
