Laborer Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team. A Laborer is responsible for performing various tasks to help aid in daily operations at a construction site. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of concrete projects. An ideal candidate is physically fit, has a strong work ethic, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Individuals with experience are preferred, but we are willing to do on-the-job training.
Duties
· Loading and unloading tools and materials
· Operate skid steer
· Operate dump truck
· Help with the set up (setting forms, raking stone), and pour concrete projects
Skills and Qualifications
· Able to stand / walk up to 10 hours per shift
· Able to learn on the job and follow directions
· Strong attention to detail and safety
· Background in construction is required
· Experience in concrete construction is required
Requirements
· A valid driver’s license
· Reliable transportation to and from the company shop / job site
· Must be able to pass a drug screening
· Ability to work 50 hours per week, Monday- Friday
Benefits

· Starting rate $17-25 / hour
