Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces to meet project specifications and quality standards. Duties
- Pouring and spreading concrete in specified areas such as floors, sidewalks, roads, curbs, and walls, ensuring proper depth and pitch according to project plans.
- Leveling and smoothing surfaces using specified tools to achieve a uniform finish.
- Cutting expansion joints and creating moldings to prevent cracking and allow for structural movement.
- Applying sealants or coatings to protect surfaces from wear, weather, and chemical exposure.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks involving materials and equipment while maintaining safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
- MUST BE VISIBLE ON RESUME--Proven experience in concrete finishing for city roads and sidewalks (5 years)
- MUST BE VISIBLE ON RESUME--Proven experience in concrete finishing, formwork, rebar installation, or related construction roles (5 years).
- Strong mechanical knowledge of tools such as hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and heavy equipment operation.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on safety procedures and teamwork.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
