Live Musicians and Vocalists | Jazz, R&B, Afrobeats

PMB Talent Partners is seeking talented singers, vocalists, and instrumental musicians at a premier hospitality venue featuring fine dining, casual dining, and upscale nightlife.

We are looking for versatile performers who can create an inviting atmosphere through live music across a variety of genres, including jazz, R&B, blues, Afrobeats, and contemporary soul. Performances may feature piano, string instruments, and other acoustic or melodic instruments suited to an elegant dining and lounge environment.

Ideal candidates are professional, engaging, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through live music.

• Hourly Pay: $25 to $50 per hour, based on experience, musical ability, and performance requirements.
• Employment Type: Seasonal W2 employment through PMB Talent Partners.
• Schedule: Scheduled performance shifts, primarily during evenings and late night hours.
• Performance Settings: Fine dining, casual dining, lounge, and nightlife environments.
• Recurring Opportunities: Potential for repeat performances based on business needs and performer availability.

• Perform live vocals or instrumental music that complements the venue's atmosphere and guest experience.
• Deliver engaging performances across genres such as jazz, R&B, blues, Afrobeats, contemporary soul, and related musical styles.
• Perform solo, as part of a duo, or with an ensemble, depending on the booking and entertainment schedule.
• Adapt musical selections and performance style to suit the setting, from relaxed background music during dining service to more energetic lounge performances.
• Coordinate with venue management regarding performance schedules, set lengths, song selections, and technical requirements.
• Arrive on time and be prepared for scheduled performances and sound checks as required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct when interacting with guests, management, and fellow performers.
• Follow venue policies and applicable safety requirements.

• Demonstrated singing ability or proficiency with an instrument such as piano, violin, cello, or other string instruments.
• Experience performing jazz, R&B, blues, Afrobeats, contemporary soul, or similar musical styles preferred.
• Strong musical ability, stage presence, and audience engagement skills.
• Professional, dependable, and punctual.
• Ability to adapt performances to different audiences and venue settings.
• Previous live performance experience preferred.
• Availability for evening and weekend performances as scheduled.
