What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cash Management Supervisor position at PMA Companies?
Primary Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To
- Review daily cash funding and approve wires/ach.
- Reviewing and Approving daily cash journal entries
- Manage banking relationships and bank web site administration.
- Coordinate adding and deleting of bank accounts as required.
- Review and monitor bank fees
- Review and approve monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Manage various company programs, including storage, postage machines, postage, and supplies.
- Manage corporate debt interest payments
- Providing additional support with special projects.
- Demonstrate commitment to Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.
- Bachelors degree in either Accounting or Finance with 4-6 years of related business experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills are necessary, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel and Access) products.
- Candidate should also possess strong verbal and written communication skills in addition to being well organized, highly motivated, etc.
