Position Summary
- PM Security Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Security Sales Representative to support the continued growth of our security services division. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and expanding existing accounts throughout the Atlanta market and surrounding areas.
- The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to develop customized security solutions for commercial clients, property management companies, HOAs, construction sites, retail centers,special events, and other industries requiring professional security services.
- This position focuses on promoting unarmed and armed guarding services, mobile patrol, event security, traffic control support, off-duty police coordination, and tailored security programs designed to meet client-specific needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for security and traffic control services
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property managers, HOAs, retail centers, apartment communities, construction companies, event coordinators, and corporate clients
- Prospect meetings, site visits, networking events, and client presentations
- Generate proposals, pricing packages, service agreements, and client quotes
- Collaborate with operations leadership to create customized security solutions based on client needs and risk assessments
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately track opportunities within HubSpot CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue goals
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and potential growth opportunities
Account Management
- Maintain consistent communication with active clients to ensure service satisfaction
- Conduct monthly client check-ins, operational reviews, and relationship-building meetings
- Identify opportunities for account growth, contract renewals, and additional services
- Address client concerns professionally and coordinate with operations leadership for resolution
- Support smooth onboarding and sales-to-operations handoff processes for new accounts
Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, proposals, contracts, and client communications
- Prepare weekly sales activity reports and pipeline updates for leadership
- Participate in team meetings, operational planning sessions, and strategic growth initiatives
- Ensure all client agreements and pricing structures align with company standards and profitability goals
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales, business development, or account management experience required
- Security industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships and close new business opportunities
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HubSpot CRM required
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with operations teams
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling security guarding, patrol, off-duty police, or traffic control services
- Existing relationships within property management, construction, retail, hospitality, or event industries
- Familiarity with contract-based service sales and recurring revenue models
