Valet Attendant l Hotel Burg | Leesburg, VA | Modus by PM Hotel Group

Hotel Burg is looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Valet / Bell Person to join our team!

As one of the first and last people our guests interact with, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience. From greeting guests and assisting with luggage to safely parking vehicles and sharing local recommendations, you'll help make every stay exceptional.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing great service, and is always willing to lend a helping hand.

Open availability is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range: $14.00–$15.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide friendly, professional service throughout their stay.

• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while following hotel valet procedures.

• Assist guests with luggage, including loading, unloading, delivering, and storing bags.

• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities and services.

• Safely transport guests using the hotel's private vehicle to approved destinations, when assigned.

• Assist the Front Desk team with guest requests, check-in/check-out support, and general inquiries.

• Provide directions, local recommendations, and assistance with transportation arrangements.

• Keep the hotel entrance, valet area, lobby, and luggage storage areas clean, safe, and organized.

• Properly maintain valet tickets, keys, and parking records according to hotel procedures.

• Follow all hotel policies regarding guest payments, cash handling, and gratuities.

• Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

• Assist with other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Open availability is required, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements.

• Ability to safely operate different types of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions, if required.

• Previous valet, bell service, or hospitality experience preferred.

• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is a plus.

• Ability to lift and carry luggage weighing up to 75 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods, including working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
