Bartender | Hotel Hive | Modus by PM Hotel Group

We're looking for a Bartender to craft exceptional beverages and provide outstanding service in our lobby and/or rooftop bar. In this role, you'll prepare drinks and serve food promptly and courteously while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, hospitality. The ideal candidate is organized, thrives in a fast paced environment, and approaches challenges with a sense of urgency and professionalism. Most importantly, you'll create personalized, memorable experiences for every guest by delivering attentive and engaging service. This is a tipped, non-exempt position reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager. The hourly base pay for this position is $10.30/ hour plus eligible tips.

What You'll Do 

• Provide exceptional personalized customer service and experiences to our guests
• Will work at both the Hotel Hive lobby Bar and Hotel Hive Rooftop Bar
• Quickly attend to guests, anticipate their needs, keep drinks filled deliver a memorable guest experience
• Be familiar with all ingredients menu items to best navigate the guest experience
• Think on your feed, use good judgement and problem solve in a fast paced environment
• Serve up tasty, perfect mixed drinks on our menu as well as special guest requests
• Create a warm and welcome atmosphere
• Adhere to food handling security safety standards
• Be able to lift at least 30 pounds regularly and be on your feed regularly
• Must be TIPS certified
• Must be at least 21 years or older
