REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hands-on experience related to the Mold Industry
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and with others
- Reliability, including attendance and punctuality
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Continue training in the craft of mold-making and machining
- Support Machine Specialists, Mold Makers and related departments as needed
- This is a First-Shift Position
- Flexibility with hours as overtime is likely to occur on a regular basis
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Good mobility, energy level and ability to routinely lift 50 pounds
- Requires good visual and audio acuity, as well as the ability to retain details

Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (commensurate with experience). The final salary for this position will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and internal equity.
