We are conducting a confidential search for a Chief Financial Officer to join a well-established, multi-unit food and retail business in New York City.

This is a lead, stabilize, and elevate opportunity, stepping into an existing operation and bringing the financial leadership needed to enhance visibility, strengthen execution, and support continued growth. The business has a strong brand, loyal customer base, and meaningful scale.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading and developing the finance and accounting function

• Improving financial reporting, KPIs, and real-time visibility into performance

• Driving deeper insight into product-level margins, delivery/logistics costs, and overall profitability

• Partnering with ownership on pricing, cost structure, and operational decision-making

• Strengthening processes, controls, and accountability across locations

• Providing both strategic guidance and hands-on leadership
