The Role
We're seeking a Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead direct sales, business development, and topline strategies across a portfolio of hotels.
In this high-impact role, you'll shape commercial success through collaboration with our Revenue Strategy and Marketing teams — driving growth, elevating performance, and inspiring our teams to deliver at the highest level.
What You'll Do
- Lead a portfolio of hotels sales strategy to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability.
- Oversee group room sales performance, driving conversion, pricing, and business mix strategies.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, brand partners, and ownership groups.
- Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing leaders to ensure commercial alignment.
- Coach, develop, and empower high-performing sales teams across the organization.
What You Bring
- 10 years of progressive hotel sales leadership; multi-property or regional experience required.
- Proven success in driving group and transient revenue growth.
- Deep knowledge of hospitality sales systems, distribution, and commercial analytics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree preffered
