What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent. While previous food and beverage experience is a plus, it is not required. What we really want is someone capable of thinking on their feet and able to keep up in high-pressure situations. If that sounds like you, go ahead and apply.
When You’re Here:
This probably goes without saying but you’ll be on your feet a lot. There will be occasions when you may be carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending/twisting, climbing stairs and more. You also must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays. - Prepare dining room for guests by cleaning and setting tables.
- Transport all dirty tableware from the dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
- Monitor and maintain table settings by removing dishes as they are completed, replenish drinks and utensils, clean spills and attend to guest requests
- Support and collaborate with service staff by setting up and replenishing condiments, assist with delivering food, retrieve supplies as required, and organize and clean all stations.
