Job Summary:
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous service to all guests, familiarization with menu offerings, responding to guest inquiries, serving food and/or beverage in the order and to the hotel’s standard, and ensure consistency throughout the restaurant and other outlets.
Additional responsibilities will include:
Maintaining cleanliness of work and guest areas
Responsible for all bank and cash handling procedures and variance policies.
Inputs and controls ordering through our point of sale system (Aloha) during each transaction
Maintaining accountability as well as receipts for all food beverage sold
Abilities Required:
Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry, or otherwise move or push goods on a cart weighing a maximum of 100 lbs., on a continuous schedule. Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30 lbs.
