- Lead and supervise all front-of-house dining room operations and service team members.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest levels of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Interview, hire, train, coach, and schedule dining room associates.
- Partner closely with Culinary, Events, and Hotel Operations teams to ensure seamless service execution.
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain luxury-level presentation standards throughout the dining room and service areas.
- Monitor service flow, reservation management, staffing levels, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with menu knowledge training, wine service standards, and upselling initiatives.
- Support the development of special dining experiences, promotions, and seasonal offerings that enhance guest engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
