Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of concession foods and beverages with efficiency and accuracy, following food safety standards.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Shift 4 POS or Square POS to process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales, demonstrating excellent sales techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, counters, and equipment, adhering to health regulations.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Restock supplies regularly to ensure product availability during busy periods.
• Assist with food prep tasks like assembling snacks or beverages, supporting overall kitchen operations in a quick service or fast-food environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, retail, or a related food industry role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety practices, and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Shift 4 or Square POS is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes guests feel welcome.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
