Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Representative located in Santa Ana, CA. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support for products and services, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, addressing customer needs promptly, and contributing to an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities also include managing customer accounts, processing orders, data entry, and collaborating with other departments to meet service goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and ability to address customer inquiries effectively
  • Experience in ensuring a positive Customer Experience through problem-solving and relationship management
  • Capacity to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or tools
  • Prior Customer Service Representative experience in healthcare or medical equipment industries is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or education in customer service is preferred


Compensation

$18.00/hr Commission
