The Role

You’ll run a forklift in our Kenmore yard, filling customer orders, building lumber packages for contractor deliveries, and stocking inventory. You’ll work with plywood, dimensional lumber, engineered lumber, siding, decking, and hardware used in residential construction, and talk with customers picking up at the yard. Accuracy matters here: a correctly built package is what keeps a job site on schedule.

• Able to lift 75 lbs. and work outdoors in all seasons.
• Basic math for counts and measurements, and basic computer skills.
• Safety-minded, organized, and careful with details.
• Comfortable talking with customers in a professional, friendly way.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

What We’re Looking For, but not required

• About a year of lumber yard or construction experience.
• Forklift experience; especially building lumber packages.
• Product knowledge: plywood, lumber, siding, decking, and hardware.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

$22.00 – $28.00 per hour DOE, plus a full benefits package:
