Position Overview
Plymouth Veterinary Clinic, LLC is seeking a part-time or full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR).
The CSR serves as the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key role in creating a positive experience. This position is responsible for front desk reception, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting the veterinary team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks related to patient care.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of clinic operations, client communication, data entry, and veterinary terminology.
