Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in Plymouth, MI. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapeutic interventions for orthopedic and sports injury rehabilitation. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, updating documentation, educating patients and families on exercises and injury prevention, and coordinating care with referring providers and other team members. The role involves active participation in clinic operations, maintaining a safe and clean treatment environment, and contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply evidence-based clinical practices.
- Expertise in Rehabilitation and Patient Care, including developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans.
- Competence in Home Care planning, providing clear instructions and education for at-home exercises and recovery.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program and current/eligible Michigan PT license.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills; ability to work well with patients of all ages and diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to safety and quality standards in an outpatient setting.
- Experience or interest in orthopedics and sports injuries is highly beneficial.
