Plymouth Harborside Healthcare is seeking an exceptional Admissions Director

Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Admissions Director who will be responsible for providing admissions support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Submit monthly calendar with his/her schedule for the month, to cluster Center Administrators, VP of Operations and VP of Business Development.
• Works with cluster Center to maximize lead flow into and through the cluster Centers in partnership with Field Liaisons, ensuring that every lead is touched daily.
• For cluster Centers, coordinates development of patient outcome and ensures Field Liaisons receive outcomes on a weekly basis.
• Conduct cluster center training as necessary to promote patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate patient satisfaction efforts at cluster Centers using company patient satisfaction survey tool.
• Serves as a resource in development of cluster marketing strategies to include center-based staff and field liaisons.
• Develop specific marketing targets for cluster Centers with heavy emphasis on data-driven marketing to physicians and community agencies but also including home health and other professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Admissions, Census Development, Marketing, or related fields (Required).
• Customer Service oriented
