Are you looking for a steady, long-term career where hard work is rewarded? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Laborers in our cast iron foundry. No prior experience is required—we will train anyone with a strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time.
Shift & Schedule
- Hours: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Days: Monday – Thursday (Enjoy a 3-day weekend most weeks!)
- Overtime: Occasional Friday shifts may be required based on production needs.
The Role: What You’ll Do
As a General Laborer, you are the backbone of our production process. You will be cross-trained in various tasks, which may include:
- Finishing: Grinding and cutting iron castings to meet quality standards.
- Material Handling: Moving heavy items and operating a forklift (we will train).
- Production Support: Making cores for molds and using hand tools or shovels for sand management and cleanup.
- Safety First: Maintaining a clean workspace and following all foundry safety protocols.

Requirements

Pay: $19.97 - $25.00 per hour
