Key Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls: Handle orders and pre-authorize patient visits
• Appointment scheduling: Ensure accurate scheduling and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Complete intake forms thoroughly and ensure they are finalized before visits
• Familiarity with Electronic health record (EHR) management: Maintain and update patient charts
• Payment collection: Oversee and process patient payments daily

Plymouth Bay Orthopedic Sports Therapy [PBOST] is currently searching for a passionate, energetic, confident, and outgoing full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! Our state-of-the-art facility in Plymouth is a home to many Therapists and Assistants who work in a collaborative team environment with great emphasis on providing the highest quality of patient care using best practice. Our patient population consists of general orthopedics, post-surgical orthopedics, operative and non-operative spine, and sports medicine.

The parent owner, PBOA, is experiencing tremendous growth and has been a consistent leader for Orthopedic care in the region. PBOA has a phenomenally diverse setting, and its commitment to its team is unparalleled.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday (No Weekends!)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
